2. Quotes, Estimates, and Bookings
   All quotes and estimates issued by Mighty Samson Moving are based entirely on the details you provide at the time of the request, including the inventory volume, access conditions, distances involved, and any special handling requirements.

Estimates are not binding when the actual conditions encountered differ from what was described, and the final charge may be revised to reflect those differences.

Some bookings may require a deposit or payment pre-authorization; specific payment arrangements and cancellation conditions will be communicated in writing or included in your booking confirmation.

You are responsible for reviewing all details in your estimate and confirmation and for notifying us immediately of any errors or discrepancies.

3. Customer Responsibilities
   By booking our Services, you agree to:

Ensure that all items are adequately packed and ready for transport prior to the move, unless packing has been explicitly included as part of the agreed Services.

Provide safe, clear, and reasonable access to all premises, including elevator availability, parking access, and any required building permits or approvals.

Disclose in advance any items that are fragile, unusually large, of significant monetary or sentimental value, or that require special equipment or handling.

Follow all applicable laws, local regulations, and building-specific rules that may affect the move.

You represent and warrant that you are either the owner of the goods to be transported or hold full authorization from the owner to enter into this agreement and permit us to move those goods.

4. Exclusions and Prohibited Items
   We reserve the right to decline transport of certain items, including but not limited to:

Hazardous substances, flammable or explosive materials, and chemical compounds.

Illegal goods or any items whose possession or transport violates local, state, or federal law.

Perishable food items, live animals, or plants, unless we have explicitly agreed to transport them in writing beforehand.

If prohibited items are included in a shipment without our prior knowledge, you may be held responsible for any resulting loss, damage, penalties, or legal consequences.

5. Payment Terms
   Unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing, payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your estimate or booking confirmation — for example, a deposit before the move with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Additional charges may apply for conditions not captured in the original estimate, including but not limited to extra labor, added stops, extended wait times, long or stair carries, or changes to the agreed inventory.

In the event that payment is not received when due, we may pursue all remedies available under applicable law, including the assessment of late fees or withholding delivery of goods until the outstanding balance is settled, where legally permitted.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   Cancellations and date changes are permitted subject to the notice periods and applicable fees set out in your estimate, booking confirmation, or a separate cancellation policy provided to you.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with insufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or the application of fees to cover costs already incurred.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a scheduled move due to circumstances outside our reasonable control — such as extreme weather, unsafe road conditions, or mechanical failure — and will make every reasonable effort to notify you promptly and offer an alternative date.

7. Liability for Loss or Damage
   Our liability for any loss or damage to your property is subject to the limitations established by applicable law and any specific terms set out in your written estimate or bill of lading.

Upon delivery, you should inspect all goods and record any visible damage directly on the delivery documentation before signing.

Damage that was not visible at the time of delivery must be reported to us in writing within the time frame specified in your documentation, where applicable.

The extent of our liability may be affected by the valuation option you select, released value rates, or other legal constraints; enhanced coverage options may be available at an additional cost where offered.

We accept no liability for loss or damage resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, extreme weather events, road closures, accidents not attributable to our negligence, or pre-existing defects in the items being moved.

8. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law:

We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost revenue, or missed business opportunities — arising out of or connected to the Site or Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Mighty Samson Moving for the specific move or service that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing contained in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property
